I've been working for a real estate developer for the past 4 years, and it has been an incredible learning experience. I love the dynamics of this industry and how there is always something new to learn from projects and people you work with.
One of the things that I enjoy the most about real estate development is how every project has its own story, challenges, and "identity". It is also very rewarding to see a project turn from dirt at ground-breaking into a building upon completion.

I joined the MS RED program to be able to get the knowledge necessary, that added to my work experience, will allow me to grow professionally and become a valuable asset in this industry.

As Executive Assistant, I've been actively involved in different processes of real estate development including analyzing potential development sites, idea inception, due diligence, permitting, and construction.
Duties include participating and assisting in due diligence, design, budgeting and bidding, closings, overseeing deliverables, organizing documents for submittals, creating reports, managing account payables and assisting on day to day operations.
